An OPERATIONAL and INDEPENDENT INTERVENTION performed by TWO of our SPECIALISTS

During their assignments K2 MANAGERS specialists always work in team of two:

• During the diagnosis, our specialists work in pairs in order to deepen the analysis with their own hands-on experience
• Once the diagnosis is completed and approved, one of the two will conduct the operational assignment under the other's neutral and objective supervision

In order to ensure our interventions are as efficient as possible all the members of K2 MANAGERS:

• Are graduate from the best universities and confirmed managers with hands-on experiences,
• Benefit from the experience brought by each new and different assignment, and the constant acquisition of the latest skills and methods useful in key periods

K2 MANAGERS assignments are services, thus guaranteeing:

• One-off missions, on a short-term basis,

• An independent payment mode (no shareholding participation)
